It will not rotate in the forward direction. If you press any of the spin positions on the remote it just pulses backwards slowly. The lights work ok. Any suggestions?

Our DC fans will install the same way as a standard AC fan. They are installed using two wires: A white wire (Neutral) and the black wire (Hot). No extra accessories are needed in order to install a DC fan.

Thank you for reading our blog and inquiring about the use of LED lighting in our fans. LED lighting is a new technology that we currently use in our Landan and plan to incorporate more in the future.
