This month’s Employee Spotlight is featuring, Diana Limp, our Customer Service Lead.  Diana makes sure that all of our customers have an excellent experience with Fanimation. Diana’s hard work and leadership is a big reason Fanimation is known for its exceptional customer service in the lighting industry.

Diana’s colleagues had many great things to say about her and added some ‘fun facts’ about her personality:

Ed Frampton said, “She’s a rabid Colts fan and loves her grand-kids.  I have other stories, but I’ll leave that up to others on the team.”  [Editor’s note: Diana won tickets to the monumental Colts v. Denver game a couple of weeks ago.  Everyone in the office was jealous].

Nathan Frampton said, “She is a team player who takes a lot of pride in her work. She is loved by reps and dealers.”

Tom Frampton said, “She loves to eat.”  [Editor’s note: this explains why Diana would bring snacks with her on an island when she only has three things she can bring….see below].

Sandy Callahan said, “Diana’s goal each day is to deliver the highest quality customer service possible.  She always looks for ways to pass her knowledge and experience on to others so our customer service team is the best in the industry.”

What is your proudest moment at Fanimation?

At our annual Christmas party in 2008, I was recognized for my five years of service at Fanimation.  I felt extremely proud when Ed described me and presented me with that honor.  I’m getting ready to celebrate my ten year anniversary this coming year.

Where is your favorite place to eat?

I really like Mexican food.  I like going to just about any Mexican restaurant.  Mexican is closely followed by Maggiano’s.

Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?

My dream vacation is Jamaica!

Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…

1) I am scared of the dark, 2) I hate to wear shoes, I could live in flip-flops, and 3) I am afraid of guns.

What’s on your iPod?

I have a variety of music on my iPod.  Mostly country, light rock, and oldies.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?

Sandra Bullock.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

I would buy a beach house.  I don’t have anywhere specific in mind, just on the beach.

If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?

1) Tooth brush, 2) Diet Coke, and 3) snacks.

What is your most embarrassing moment?

We cannot talk about this one on the blog. 😉

What is the first concert you attended?

My first concert was Chicago. [Editor’s note: Apparently, we have a lot of Chicago fans that work at Fanimation, me not being one of them].
